Questions about billing
Is there a free plan?
Yes, and it doesn't expire. Five conversions a day without signing in, twenty a day once you do, with no card asked for. It is the same converter and the same reconciliation check as the paid plans.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from your account page. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for and are not charged again. Part months are not pro-rated.
What is the refund policy?
If it doesn't do what we said it would, email us within 14 days of a charge and we refund it. Where your local consumer law gives you stronger rights, those apply instead.
Why is the price different in my country?
Plans are priced per market — pounds in the UK, dollars in the US, euros, Australian and New Zealand dollars, and rupees in India, where the tiers are set far lower than a straight conversion. You are charged in your own currency.
What counts towards my page limit?
Pages of PDF processed, not files or transactions. A twelve-page statement uses twelve pages of the allowance. A file that would exceed what is left is refused before it is processed, so you are never billed for a conversion you did not get. Paid plans also have a fair-use limit of 200 conversions a day, which is there to stop abuse and sits well above normal use.
Do I need a paid plan to export to Xero or QuickBooks?
Yes. Excel, CSV and JSON are free on every plan. The accounting formats — QBO, OFX, QIF, Tally XML and the Xero and QuickBooks CSVs — are included with every paid plan, starting with Starter.
