The Service

The Service converts bank-statement PDFs into spreadsheet formats and runs a reconciliation check. A free tier allows a limited number of conversions per day.

Free tier and limits

The free tier is limited (currently a set number of conversions per day, per browser and IP address). We may change limits, features or pricing at any time.

Your responsibility

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malware, attempt to overload or bypass limits, or reverse-engineer the Service.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from your reliance on the output. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim (which is £0 for free use).

Intellectual property

The Service, its software and branding are ours. Your statements and the extracted data are yours.

Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms (we'll revise the date) and may suspend or stop the Service, or your access, if you breach these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, where the operator is based, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
