For the second, the account title means the name as ICICI holds it, not necessarily how you would write it: an account in the name of Rahul Sharma gives rahu, and the letters are lower case.
On joint accounts the first holder's details are the ones that count, which catches out couples who assume the password follows whoever downloaded the file. Credit-card statements from ICICI can follow a different rule again, so treat a card statement as a separate case from a bank account statement.
There is a further wrinkle worth knowing if you bank with ICICI abroad. Statements issued to NRE and NRO account holders are generated by a different back office from domestic retail accounts, and readers report the date-of-birth form working there where the name-based form does not.
